Paul Cannan, Artistic Director
Broadway: Kinky Boots (dance captain / original Angel), Miss Saigon, Thoroughly Modern Millie, La Cage Aux Folles, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Legally Blonde. Co-Producer: How to Dance in Ohio. He partnered with Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Jerry Mitchell to launch Choreography Guides with MTI and Broadway Media, which enables schools and theaters to learn and perform original Broadway choreography. Paul also founded the non-profit arts education organization Take It From The Top, which provides professional mentoring and training opportunities for aspiring young artists. He also served as a judge for The National High School Musical Theatre Awards (The JIMMY AWARDS).

Joey Dippel, Director/Choreographer
Recent directing and choreography credits: Annie (Palo Alto Players); Dear Evan Hansen, The Who’s Tommy, and The Lightning Thief (CMT San Jose); and Newsies (Little Theatre on the Square). As a performer, Joey has appeared at Starlight Theatre (Kansas City), Pioneer Theatre Company, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Weston Theatre Company, Bucks County Playhouse, and the Nashville Symphony. He has worked extensively with young artists through programs and believes theatre is a powerful tool for developing confidence, empathy, and collaboration—skills that extend far beyond the stage.
